Yesterday was our own official London Transport Day. Steven planned a day of riding public transportation and seeing the sights, and Kevin came out to join us as well. We took a bus, four tube rides, a clipper ride up the Thames, a cable car across the River, and a two Docklands Light Railway trains. We spent a small fortune on our Oyster cards for it all, but we had a great day out and it was a fun way to cover lots of ground in the city.

The Monument

After a coffee break and a little rest, Steven and Franny climbed the 311 steps up to the top of the Monument for another amazing view of London. Then Franny fell asleep on the final tube ride home.
